  1. Introduction

    1. These CS2ProSkin Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), and associated content, data, information, materials, features, software and applications in the Platform (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms also include our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy.
    2. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CS2ProSkin. The term “you” refers to the person visiting the Platform.
    3. Each time you access the Service by any means, you irrevocably agree to comply with the version of the Terms posted on the Platform at the time you access the Platform. You may not use the Platform or the Service if you do not agree to these Terms.
    4. We are entitled to howsoever modify, vary, expand, suspend, interrupt, terminate, cancel or discontinue any services or products or accessibility to any feature or part of our Platform and/or Platform Services at any time in our sole discretion without any prior notice or liability to you.
    5. It is your responsibility to regularly check our Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer and Privacy Policy to keep yourself updated of any changes or modifications.
    6. Certain of our Platform Services incorporate or require the use of third party products and services. Therefore your use of such third party products and services will be subject to the respective third party’s terms and conditions and privacy policies, which you agree is your responsibility to regularly review before you use such third party products and services.

  2. Eligibility

    1. By accessing our Platform and continuing to access our Platform and/or Services, you represent that you are above 13 years of age, or are currently under adult supervision, and that you, or your parents/ legal guardians are legally capable of entering into and being bound by contracts, including but not limited to the Agreement.
    2. The Service is strictly for your personal, non-commercial use unless you enter into a separate agreement with us for your commercial use.

  3. Licence

    1. Subject to these Terms, and your compliance with these Terms, you are hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and personal licence to access and use the Service provided, however, that such licence is subject to your compliance with these Terms.
    1. All Content and Platform Services, including but not limited to, its “look and feel” (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos, page headers, button icons, urls, and scripts), proprietary content, information and other materials, and all content and other materials contained therein, including, without limitation, the CS2ProSkin logo and other data, as displayed on our Platform and Platform Services, in our Content and in our Updates, are protected by copyright, design rights, trade mark rights and/or other intellectual property rights (whether owned by our Company or licensed to our Company, or permitted under the law for use by our Company), whether registered, registrable or otherwise. You agree therefore that without our Company’s prior written consent (or as may be specifically stated on our Platform in relation to any particular portion of our Content, except for the limited use as permitted thereunder Section 4.2 below, you are not otherwise permitted to howsoever reproduce, copy, download, decompile, disassemble, extract, store, distribute, lease, time-share, publish, sell, translate, modify or create derivative works from, any part of our Content, products or services found on our Platform, our Platform Services, or in our Updates. We reserve our rights to take legal action against you for any such unauthorised use of our Content.
    2. You may republish some or part of our Platform Services (individually and collectively, the “ScreenCaptures”), and/or place one or more links to the Website (individually and collectively, the “Link”) on your own non-commercial website, blog or other platform (individually and collectively, “Your Platform”), provided that:
      1. Any Link shall be titled only as “CS2ProSkin” or “CS2ProSkin.com” or “Link to CS2ProSkin.com”;
      2. Any ScreenCaptures shall be duly attributed with the phrase “CS2ProSkin” or “CS2ProSkin.com” or “Captured from CS2ProSkin.com”;
      3. No ScreenCaptures shall contain third party information, write-ups or feedback (i.e. information from an user of CS2ProSkin or information regarding other entities, which are not information from or about CS2ProSkin itself), nor any personal data (i.e. information that can be used singly or in conjunction with other available information to identify an individual);
      4. Your Platform shall not contain any content that is unlawful, threatening, scandalous, seditious, abusive, libellous, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate to the image of CS2ProSkin (as may be determined in our sole discretion);
      5. The look and feel of all content that accompanies the ScreenCaptures and/or Link or is on the same page as any ScreenCaptures or the Link shall not (as determined in the sole discretion of CS2ProSkin ) bear any write-ups, pictures, content, insinuations, or implications that may lower the reputation, damage or dilute the goodwill associated with CS2ProSkin or any associated branding and partners;
      6. No content on Your Platform shall contain any information that (in CS2ProSkin’s sole discretion) may create any false impression that you, Your Platform, services, products or any other website, services, products, person or entity is endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise associated with CS2ProSkin or any of its business partners (as reflected by their names, logos, or branding on the Platform), or that any activity engaged in by you or anyone else has been howsoever endorsed by CS2ProSkin;
      7. You agree that we retain full rights to revoke our consent granted herein to permit your Link or ScreenCaptures at any time in our sole discretion without any prior notice or liability to you. Upon our email notification to you that you may no longer provide a Link or ScreenCaptures on Your Platform, you undertake to promptly (in no event later than two (2) days after our notice to you) remove all such objectionable Link or ScreenCaptures from Your Platform.

  5. Third-Party Content, Agreements, and Services

    1. The Service may contain links to third-party websites. Your use of all links to third-party websites is at your own risk. We do not monitor or have any control over, and make no claim or representation regarding third-party websites. To the extent such links are provided by us, they are provided only as a convenience, and a link to third-party websites does not imply our endorsement, adoption or sponsorship of, or affiliation with, such third-party websites.
    2. When you leave the Platform, whether via a link contained on the Platform or through the use of your web browser, mobile device or other navigational tool, the information you view is not provided by us. Our terms and policies do not govern your use of third-party websites. We are not responsible for, have no control over and do not monitor or review the content of any other website. A link to a third-party website does not imply sponsorship, approval, affiliation or endorsement by CS2ProSkin of the linked third-party website or of that third party’s products or services.
    3. You agree that CS2ProSkin will not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any goods, services, information, resources and/or content available on or through any third-party website or services, for any dealings or communications you may have with third parties, or for any harm, damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with any of the foregoing or your use of or reliance on the materials or the content or business practices of any third party.

  6. Feedback

    1. We welcome feedback, comments, suggestions, and questions for improvements to the Service (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and expressly agree that any contribution of Feedback, including but not limited to email, social media, and messaging channels, does not and will not give or grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service or in any such Feedback. You agree that CS2ProSkin may use and disclose Feedback in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever without further notice or compensation to you and without retention by you of any proprietary or other right or claim. You hereby assign to CS2ProSkin any and all right, title, and interest (including, but not limited to, any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, show-how, know-how, moral rights and any and all other intellectual property right) that you may have in and to any and all Feedback.

  7. Prohibited Activities

    1. You agree that you will not:
      1. Use our Service for commercial purposes inconsistent with these Terms or any other instructions;
      2. Use any data mining, robot, spider, crawler, scraper, script, browser extension, offline reader, or other automated means or interface not authorized by us to access the Service, extract data, or otherwise interfere with or modify the rendering of Service pages or functionality;
      3. Reverse engineer, duplicate, decompile, disassemble, or decode any aspect of the Service, or do anything that might discover source code or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any service, area, or code of the Service;
      4. Use the Service, directly or indirectly, for, on behalf of, for the benefit of, or in connection with (a) any natural or legal person that is the subject of Sanctions; (b) any natural or legal person located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of, any Embargoed Jurisdiction; or (c) any legal person owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by any natural or legal person located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of, any Embargoed Jurisdiction.
      5. Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service.

  8. Privacy Policy

    1. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share information from and/or about you (“Your Information”). By submitting Your Information through our Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, and you expressly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of Your Information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    1. All Content and Platform Services are for your general information only. We make no warranties of any kind in relation to our content, data, information, materials and services including but not limited to accuracy, completeness and updatedness. All content is provided “AS IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. No part of the content and services that we provide constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice or any other form of advice meant for your specific reliance for any purpose. Any use or reliance on our content and services is solely at your own risk and discretion. You should conduct your own research, review, analyse and verify our content and services before relying on or using them. No content on our Platform is meant to be a solicitation or offer.
    2. In no event shall CS2ProSkin be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform.   10. Termination

    1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website without prior notice for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
